One of the most interesting interactions we’ve seen at Unblocked: every new user starts the same way - their first question is never a "real" question. It’s always something they already know the answer to. Users are trying to figure out if Unblocked can be trusted. I’ve been building developer tools / platforms for nearly 20 years. Contrary to common startup advice, "fake it till you make it" doesn’t work in developer tools. Thoughts below..
