Feeding The Future

About us

We are a leading global provider of crop inputs and services, operating a world-class network of production, distribution and ag retail facilities that positions us to efficiently serve the needs of farmers. We focus on creating long-term value by prioritizing investments that strengthen the advantages of our business across the ag value chain and by maintaining access to the resources and relationships with stakeholders needed to achieve our goals. We produce and distribute about 27 million tonnes of upstream potash, nitrogen, and phosphate products for global agricultural, industrial, and feed customers. Our downstream agriculture retail network services over 600,000 customer accounts worldwide. Our strong and trusted relationship with farmers is at the heart of our business. In spending our days with farmers, we plan with them, walk their fields and explore ways to help them succeed. We have a comprehensive portfolio of crop inputs and services, spanning the ag value chain, and we are working together with our customers to improve on-farm productivity to meet the needs of a growing global population. Nutrien is committed to strengthening food security around the globe – from helping farmers grow crops that feed the world, to helping neighbors access essential food and nutrition. The yxefoodbank has broken ground on a new facility, supported by a $2.5 million donation from Nutrien to the Plant Possibility Campaign. This long-awaited new site will help the Food Bank expand their vital services and community programming. “Nutrien’s support of the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre is more than a donation,” says Chris Reynolds, Nutrien’s Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer. “The connection to improving food security is very, very important to us.”  We're proud to support our community in building a place where everyone has access to nourishment and the opportunity to thrive.    Read more: https://bit.ly/4ouMX8B

How do you feed a growing world while protecting the land that sustains it? For Nutrien, part of the answer lies in innovation – in crop nutrition and biostimulants. In July, our international sales team gathered in California to align strategy and strengthen collaboration across regions and product lines. Together, they’re helping bring Nutrien’s full portfolio of crop nutrition and biostimulant solutions to customers worldwide. “The team left California with a renewed drive to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions to our partners and customers,” says John Fowler, Senior Vice President, Sales. “As we continue to grow our international footprint, we do so with one voice, one vision and in support of One Nutrien – to help the world grow the food it needs.” Read more: https://bit.ly/4mYDghg

As Nutrien’s White Springs, FL phosphate facility marks 60 years of operations, we’re recognizing the people who have shaped its legacy. Since starting at the site in 1984, Stan Posey, Senior Manager of Environment & Land, has been part of the site’s evolution – from early wetland reclamation efforts in the 1980s to today’s focus on restoring ecological functions and responsibly managing land use after mining. Stan’s career has spanned roles in industry and public service, including time with the Florida Department of Agriculture, giving him a unique perspective on the connections between land, water, agriculture and community. “It’s all about earning and keeping the respect of the community,” says Stan. “We have a special duty as the largest private employer and taxpayer in the county to operate responsibly – and to recognize that we are building our legacy every day.” Read more about Stan’s role in our White Springs operations: https://bit.ly/3J03faf

Alex’s journey at Nutrien started with a co-op student placement. Today, he's the Phosphoric Acid Operating Superintendent at our Aurora NC phosphate site, mentoring the next generation of engineers. The co-op program allowed him to rotate through several departments while still in school at North Carolina State. Not only did his co-op experience give him exposure to the scale of Nutrien’s operations in Aurora, it helped him connect the dots between theory and practice. “Once I saw how everything I was learning applied in the real world, it all clicked,” says Alex. “The co-op program changed everything for me.’” Read more: https://bit.ly/3Wi7m4r

Trust is at the heart of everything we do at Nutrien.    We’re proud to share that Nutrien has been named Australia’s Most Trusted Agribusiness Brand in the 2025 Roy Morgan Trusted Agribusiness Awards – the first time we have earned this top honour.     The decision for this award comes from feedback directly from farmers. Over 1,000 Australian growers shared what makes them trust Nutrien, from the relationships we build to the support we provide on the ground.    This milestone celebrates the outstanding work of our Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia team, and reflects the dedication of Nutrien employees worldwide who work every day to provide farmers with the tools, knowledge and services they need to be productive, profitable and sustainable.    Congratulations to our teams in Australia – and thank you to farmers everywhere who place their trust in Nutrien.
