Employee Spotlight: Alyssa Johnston 💪 We’re proud to celebrate the career journey of Alyssa Johnston, who has been part of the Paragon family for the past two and a half years. Alyssa joined us as a casual guard, eager to learn and grow in the industry. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence, she advanced through the ranks becoming a Lead Hand and eventually Site Supervisor at Lansdowne Place with Primaris. During her time at Paragon, Alyssa achieved her Use of Force certification, honed strong administrative and leadership skills, and built lasting professional relationships. Her story is a true reflection of our commitment to promoting from within and empowering employees to reach their potential. In Alyssa’s own words: “I am extremely grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, the knowledge I’ve gained, and the professional relationships I’ve built. With the support and training provided by Paragon, I was able to secure a position with the City of Peterborough as a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Parking. I’m excited to apply the skills and experience I’ve gained and look forward to continuing my growth in this new role.” We’re sad to see Alyssa go, but incredibly proud of her accomplishments and excited for her next chapter.
