  • New WORK for NuFrame Group. With 20 years of framing experience and ambitions to expand into new markets, NuFrame faced the challenge of clearly articulating what set them apart. Their full-scope supply-and-install model, lean processes, and strong team culture were proven strengths, but their brand identity didn’t reflect the professionalism, reliability, and innovation they delivered daily. As they sought to grow awareness, control their supply chain, and position themselves for growth, NuFrame needed a cohesive story and brand platform that captured their “People + Process = Performance” philosophy and reinforced trust with clients. Site collaborated with NuFrame to expand their brand through video, voice, and web. We developed a clear strategy and brand guidelines that positioned NuFrame as a comprehensive solution provider—from material supply and off-site manufacturing to on-site installation. A new website, photo and video assets, and a stronger social media presence brought this positioning to life, showcasing their commitment to innovation, lean manufacturing, and scheduling precision. By grounding the brand in “People + Process = Performance,” we helped NuFrame communicate its value with clarity and confidence, creating a foundation to support growth and expansion. • EllisDon recently reached a major milestone in the PNE Amphitheatre project with the completion of the Freedom Mobile Arch canopy—the world’s largest free-span mass timber roof. Never ones to miss a defining moment in Canadian construction, Site was there to capture the lift of the first King Arch. The venue, which holds 10,000 seating capacity, is part of Vancouver’s preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where it will host the FIFA Fan Festival. Our production crew will be keeping a close eye as the project continues coming together 🏗️ This is just the start of our work with EllisDon – we have some exciting things in the works, so stay tuned!

  • Complete Framing Solutions (CFS) is a Canadian leader in prefabricated light-gauge steel framing systems. Backed by a vision and a new production facility in Edmonton, they came to Site to create their new corporate video. CFS offers a cost-competitive alternative to wood and concrete, with the capability to build up to 14 storeys using prefabricated light-gauge steel. Their approach delivers projects 40–50% faster, addressing two of Canada’s biggest construction challenges: housing demand and labour shortages. With big growth goals and a mission to establish a manufacturing facility in every major Canadian city, CFS is aiming to change how Canada builds.

From craft beer to construction, and from ad agencies to the industrial sector, Justin Van Mulligen's career has been anything but one-dimensional. Now VP of Operations at Site, he blends strategic and creative insight with operational rigour, overseeing the delivery of impactful work for clients from every corner of industry. With his background in ad agencies, combined with a passion and admiration for the industrial sector, Site was a natural fit. Since joining, he’s worked alongside some of Canada’s biggest builders: Acciona, Clark Builders, Graham, and Norland, to name a few. However big or small the brand, Justin makes sure client objectives translate into strategically driven work that grows their business. Outside the office, Justin’s usually outdoors: hiking and camping with his family, or hitting the golf course and tennis courts when he’s not. Originally from Regina, he also speaks four languages (English, French, Spanish, and Chinese), and—thanks to a past career in craft beer—enjoys a cold one from time to time. Needless to say, SiteLager was a big one for him.

  • Big materials. Even bigger ambitions. After collaborating with Canam on several case study videos, they asked us to create a feature that put the spotlight on their joist and deck products. To capture the true scale of their work, we needed to bring viewers inside the facilities where it all begins. Our team visited Canam’s Calgary and Mississauga plants, showcasing the process from raw steel to finished product and meeting the people who make it possible. From fabrication to delivery, the video highlights the precision, care, and teamwork that ensure products arrive on site safely, reliably, and ready for installation. The finished piece is more than a look at steel joists and deck. It’s a glimpse into how Canam is using Canadian steel, Canadian skill, and Canadian pride to help shape the future of the built environment.

  • As an agency serving the industrial sector across diverse Indigenous territories, we acknowledge our responsibility to support reconciliation today and every day, and to continue learning and unlearning. Here are a few ways you can take part in meaningful action today: 🔸 Wear orange to spread awareness and stand in solidarity with Survivors. 🔸 Read, watch, or listen to Indigenous voices and histories. 🔸 Have the hard conversations that deepen understanding and challenge silence.
