    As a Core Mission Volunteer with the Girl Experience Team, I work on various projects across the organization to ensure that activities and initiatives being run are focused around the girls having the best possible experience. Current projects include:
    - Lead for Elevate Your Leadership, the first virtual leadership event for members in the Western Hemisphere between the ages 18-30.
    - Programme Review and Consultation with Bharat Scouts and Guides to align their programme work with the new educational model by the Government of India
    - Member of the team to create the Leadership Activity Pack for Adult Members to encourage adult members to develop their skills based on the leadership model.

    The Ontario Girl Advisory Forum consists of up to 11 girl members that are between 14-17 years of age from across Ontario. These girls apply to participate and are selected to provide input for Ontario Council decisions. They are ambassadors in Ontario and may represent girl members in the media or at Guiding events.

    Role as a student teacher was to work with children with various learning disabilities in class and to work with the teacher to deliver education based on the religion of Buddhism, to students of various ages.
