“I had the pleasure of working with Ares at Cognizant. We worked closely together to hyper-scale a product management team. Ares proved to be adept at quickly learning and adapting product management principles into the process for hiring product managers. He employed a continuous feedback loop by directly observing final interviews and soliciting interviewer and candidate feedback to better search and screen future candidates as well as improve the candidate experience. Even for candidates who didn't pass, he gathered and relayed thoughtful feedback so they too could benefit from the experience. Ares paired up with me in working sessions to demonstrate and discuss his linked in recruitment searching process so we could build a drastically improved funnel. He was a pillar in building a diverse and equitable hiring pipeline and was fundamental to improving equity and reducing bias by scheduling diverse panels of interviewers for candidates. Ares understands the flow of value he produces and how to measure it. The cycle time from first contact to first day on the job dropped from months to days, we exceeded our high diversity targets and achieved gender parity, and his continuously improving screening process kept reducing late stage interview failure rates, increasing the rates of candidates having completed prep work and nearly eliminated no-show interviewees. Exponentially increasing the flow of great talent into a company is a massive challenge and next time I am faced with it, I'll be calling Ares!”

Picture this... A candidate with deep knowledge but fewer years of experience than preferred was hired after two virtual interviews. They started remotely.
