The holidays are coming. RIP to everyone's inbox. As if it wasn't hard enough to be a marketer at this time of year, consumer preference for email has decreased by 5.5% since last season. So how can you create click-worthy content during the most chaotic time in marketing? Our SVP of Product Marketing, Sophie Cheng, recently shared advice with Martech.org. You need to consider customer preferences when communicating with them vs. blasting your message across every channel.
