The market leaders have overwhelming advantages in funding, marketing power and staffing. My task was to grow traffic (now equal to the market leaders) but more importantly, be visible to property management professionals.

    I conducted a thorough digital marketing audit to uncover audiences, keywords, content gaps, and opportunities to help ManageCasa compete against these industry goliaths.

    I reduced the odds against us and established big exposure for ManageCasa including a presence on important keywords and concepts that prospects are keenly interested in. Using a flanking strategy, I established presence for the top phrases including phrases going for $50+ per click on Google Ads.

    Creating unique, timely, interesting, compelling content on important topics, and perfectly SEO optimized, I positioned ManageCasa as a modern, cloud based, SaaS property management platform -- perfect for SMBs who need a dedicated solution.
