Bengaluru-based Investorant Platforms Private Limited is reshaping India’s F&B space with a fractional ownership model that gives investors transparency and minimises risk, while empowering talents (chefs, managers and staff) with creative freedom. Founded in 2021 by Guru Shivaram, Amrit Hemdev, and M Salman Sait, Investorant has already launched successful concepts like Whisky Samba, Spirit Forward, and Una Hacienda, all profitable from day one. With ₹13 crore raised and ₹25 crore in revenue last year, it now aims to expand in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
