Recently, we experienced a half-day workshop on Staying in Flow and Inner Peace with Mike Chang (https://lnkd.in/dKAdcPGU). Mike guided us through a practice of strength, stillness, and awareness. Learning to create flow, when body, breath, and mind move as one. Together, we explored deeper states of calm and consciousness through movement and meditation. 🙏 Held at the serene Seeschau Yoga und Therapiezentrum, and nourished by The Swiss Kombucha Company and Eat by Alex, this experience reminded us that peace deepens through preparation, balance, and care. 🙏 A heartfelt thank you to Mike for this wonderful workshop! The way we choose to allocate it 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧. For me, capital is the tool through which we direct resources toward building businesses that bring prosperity to both people and the planet. Capital is not an end in itself; it is a means to unlock human potential and co-create a world where we can all thrive. Conscious capital is capital with awareness; 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.
