🇮🇹⚽ Meet Valentina Mercolli – Team Liaison Officer for Italy at #WEURO2025!    Valentina plays a key role in UEFA’s HatTrick programme, our flagship initiative that redistributes revenue from the men’s EURO to all 55 member associations, helping grow the game from grassroots to elite level. But this summer, she swapped the office for the pitch (and everything around it), stepping in as Team Liaison Officer (TLO) for the Italian national team at Women's EURO 2025 as part of our internal secondment scheme.   As the team’s primary point of contact with UEFA and WEURO 2025 SA, Valentina was the go-to person for all things operational and logistical. Her mission? Ensuring the squad had everything they needed to perform at their best, on and off the field.   💼 Her key responsibilities included: ✅ Continuous support for the team ✅ Coordinating all team movements: base camp, hotels, training centres, stadiums, and airports ✅ Facilitating smooth communication across all operational partners ✅ Handling matchday logistics like accreditations, parking, catering & more ✅ Proactively solving issues on the ground before they became problems   Her dedication, organisation and cool head under pressure were crucial to making Italy’s tournament experience smooth and successful.   Grazie, Valentina!
