TATRA TRUCKS a.s. has launched the development of the Tatra Force e-Drive FCEV 6×4, a hydrogen fuel-cell municipal truck on the latest Force (Gen 3) platform, combining zero local emissions with automated driving capabilities and remote operation. Co-funded by the EU and targeting a prototype in mid-2028, the vehicle is engineered for city operations such as waste collection, street sweeping, winter maintenance and urban construction support, while a low-mounted cab, robust 6×4 layout and Tatra’s backbone tube with independent swinging half-axles ensure performance and durability. Projected figures include a range of over 200 km, gradeability above 30%, a top speed up to 85 km/h and a GVW exceeding 25 tonnes; a distinctive element is planned drone integration to enhance safety and situational awareness. On October 10, we gathered in Ostrava to celebrate three decades of CSG. A journey that has taken us from humble beginnings to becoming a global group. It was an exceptional evening, filled with inspiration, connection, and gratitude. The performances of No Name, Michal David, Marek Ztracený, Chinaski, and many others created an atmosphere to remember. With grace and charm, Lucie Borhyová and Libor Bouček guided us through the evening. Together, they also welcomed representatives of the CSG Foundation, who highlighted our projects, and Czech Olympians – reflecting our proud partnership with the Czech Olympic Team (Český olympijský tým). Since 1995, we have grown from modest beginnings into a global industrial and technology group with more than 14,000 employees worldwide. This success has always been driven by passion, commitment, and a shared purpose. We would like to thank all our colleagues, partners, and guests who joined us in marking this milestone. Your trust and dedication have been instrumental in shaping our shared success. Here’s to the next chapters of our journey together.

At CSG, our first integrated report marked a turning point. Years ago, Serge Damian was entrusted with building our first ESG report. By aligning with international standards, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring rigorous auditing, we are committed to advancing transparency and setting realistic sustainability goals, step by step, with integrity.

CSG enters the era of Unmanned Aerial Systems. With the establishment of AviaNera Technologies, a.s., we are stepping into the future of advanced defence technologies. AviaNera will focus on the development and production of compact, reliable, and high-performance propulsion units and UAS systems, building on the strong Czech aviation tradition while looking ahead to global innovation. Closely connected to Excalibur International, AviaNera will benefit from a seasoned commercial and project team that already manages large-scale defence projects worth hundreds of millions of euros. This synergy will enable us not only to trade in UAS technologies but also to deliver complete, in-house developed systems to customers worldwide. Under the leadership of Pavel Čechal, AviaNera is rapidly building R&D and manufacturing capabilities to become a strategic supplier of next-generation propulsion units for military unmanned applications. The UAS market is growing dynamically – and AviaNera is ready to play a key role in shaping its future.

EWA made its African debut at the World Power-to-X Summit in Marrakech, where CSG companies showcased their award-winning water-from-air technology as part of a Czech-Moroccan project supported by CzechAid.

We are expanding our Board of Directors with an experienced manager Alena Kozáková Alena has been the group’s HR Director since 2021. Previously, she worked in HR at Iveco Czech Republic and Vagónka Studénka, where she led teams across countries. She studied law at Masaryk University in Brno and earned a PhD there as well. She completed international management and HR programs at Brno University of Technology and Nottingham Trent University. At CSG, she has spearheaded the introduction of modern HR processes and talent and training programs. She says: “Joining the Board is for me a confirmation of the strategic importance of human resources for CSG’s continued growth. We are expanding our Board of Directors with an experienced manager Michaela Katolická Michaela has served since 2022 as CEO of CSGM, the group’s service company, and is also responsible for Compliance. She joined CSG in 2018 and has held various roles in compliance and security. She earned her law degree at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň, studied EU law in Toulouse, and obtained a PhD at Charles University. She has successfully led projects in compliance, process management, and quality. She says: “I am pleased to contribute to the further development of CSG in this new role. This vehicle is designed for forest fire suppression, supply operations, and emergency response in extreme conditions – a clear demonstration of how Czech engineering continues to push the boundaries of performance and safety.
