    I was SAP Local implantation manager & key user(subject matter of experts) of Project system including Business Operations & SAP business objects.

    The Project budget was approx 400K$ and a tight time schedule of 6 months to Go live, I led a team of 6 Local key users in coordination with corporate steering committee & more than 6 global core consultants. We rolled off PS, MM, SD & FI_CO modules .

    The Project budget was approx 400K$ and a tight time schedule of 6 months to Go live, I led a team of 6 Local key users in coordination with corporate steering committee & more than 6 global core consultants. We rolled off PS, MM, SD & FI_CO modules .

    As a team we transformed our organization from Czech ERP (helios) & other excel based monitoring & control tools to SAP. Existed business process operations were full of flaws, unclear roles mapping, improper solution of material procurement & Logistics within EU/outside EU etc. with a huge allowance to bypass/manipulate the operations. As a SME I contributed in following

    * Aligning Operations business process by consolidation of existing process in Finance, Supply chain, Engineering, Projects , service & support, Warehouse etc and transition to SAP defined SPX Global SAP project business template

    * Testing & support on complex stock movements among Czech warehouse, Poland factory, subcontractors sites & customer sites etc. subjected to dual VAT. A new solution introduced to Global template with a team of SPX Corporate FI-CO & SAP consultant, Deloitte team, CZ FI-CO Consultant, SPX Brno Projects, Supply Chain & Finance and Poland Warehouse team.

    * Transforming Material creation ownership to engineering department from supply chain, including Generic or sets with BOM materials in SAP subjected to INTRASTAT transactions.

    * Prepared SAP Acceptance test criteria insuring 95% of daily operations in Projects , supply chain, logistics, Finance. This gave me an opportunity to deep dive in Materials Management, Project Operation, Logistic & Financial subject areas

    * Utilizing Business Objects & Projects reporting & reviews to forecast proper Project delivery & Performance as well as Program Management

    The final selection of the winners was then made in a democratic vote by the Senior Management Team.
