[应用程序] Win11下TrafficMonitor无法正常启动

1. 找不到mfc140u.dll

下载对应的dll文件，复制到C:\Windows\SysWOW64

2. 缺少Microsoft Visual C++ 运行环境

TrafficMonitor依赖于Microsoft Visual C++ 运行环境，下载并安装Microsoft Visual C++ 运行环境：VC_redist.x64。

3. 应用程序无法正常启动 0xc000007b

安装All_In_One_Runtimes_3.9.2.1

4. 完成上述步骤后，重启电脑后再次运行TrafficMonitor。
