Get to know our team!    Meet Nachiket Patil.    As a Strategic Mechanical Commodity Buyer, Nachiket supports the Procurement department by managing the purchase of mechanical components, sourcing suppliers, and overseeing contracts.    Nachiket, who holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA in Operational Excellence from Hochschule Hof, brings five years of professional experience and joined Agile Robots in May 2023.    "As a strategic buyer, I don’t just source products – I build partnerships, optimize value, and align every procurement decision with long-term business goals," explains Nachiket.    "I contribute to a variety of development projects, work with exciting technologies and business processes, collaborate across teams, and grow in a supportive environment that values ownership and continuous learning."    Even when facing tight deadlines, supply chain challenges, or complex contract negotiations, Nachiket remains calm, organized, and solution-focused, leveraging teamwork to overcome obstacles.    In his free time, Nachiket enjoys playing football, volleyball, and cricket, as well as dancing and immersing himself in different cultures. “Every culture tells a story – and I am always eager to listen, learn, and grow through them.” #AgileRobots #HR #growth #development #people
