Today we would like to introduce you to our colleague Katarzyna Nowak, who works at the FFT Poland in Katowice. She started her journey at FFT Poland in November 2023 as a Recruitment Manager and since March 2025 she has been holding the position of HR Manager. With more than 15 years of experience in the HR field, she brings extensive knowledge and a strong strategic approach to people management. Her expertise lies particularly in headhunting, but at FFT she is responsible for the entire HR area – from recruitment and employee development to benefits, regulations, and organizational culture. The HR department at FFT Poland currently consists of three people: Katarzyna Nowak as HR Manager, supported by Aurora Izdebska (HR Specialist) and Monika Bieniek (Payroll Specialist). Together, they have successfully implemented new employee benefits and organized memorable integration events. Over the past two years, the team has also taken over HR responsibilities from an external provider, strengthening in-house processes and creating a more direct connection with employees. What makes this team special is their strong collaboration, energy, and people-first approach – they combine professionalism with a personal touch, making FFT not only a workplace but also a community. 🌍✨

Our colleague Kevin has been working at FFT in the Electrical Design department in the System Safety division since April 2023. 🙂   He originally comes from the field of automation technology and is currently completing a dual degree in technical management. Kevin's responsibilities include project coordination and planning for system safety and the associated processes. The best thing about Kevin's job? The varied work and the many interfaces that extend from planning to design to simulation. He is particularly pleased that he was able to take on responsibility right from the start and get involved in existing processes. Why does he work at FFT? On September 24 and 25, Chemnitz hosted the leading conference for digital factory and production planning and virtual commissioning - IIC 2025. The focus was on how digital twins are becoming increasingly powerful and efficient through the use of artificial intelligence, as well as the opportunity to test latest developments from exhibitors on site. We at FFT were represented as exhibitors on both days and were able to engage in exciting discussions. The trade fair team was supported by image processing. A special highlight: Our colleague Dominic Fink (Developer Workflow & Process Technology) gave a presentation together with Steffen H. (Head of Sales Automotive Linebuilder at Siemens) on the topic: 👉 “Creating digital synergies: How Siemens Xcelerator strengthens partnerships for IT/OT integration.” ✨ The conference also offered: 🟢 inspiring keynotes, 🟢 exciting best practice examples from industry, 🟢 a pitch session & excursions, 🟢 as well as the presentation of new features of the ema Software Suite (imk) and the RF::Suite (EKS).
