From design to delivery, we own every step of the journey. At our state-of-the-art testing facility in the north of Sweden, our in-house developed 'Aquila' engines roar to life. Our team has now completed acceptance testing for all Flight 2 Aquila engines, which power our 'Spectrum' launch vehicle—featuring nine booster engines and one vacuum engine. By leveraging advanced 3D printing technology, we manufacture and test our engines more efficiently than ever before, ensuring quality and speed at every stage. This provides a strong foundation to scale up launch vehicle production as demand increases. 

With a visit to our factory in Munich today, Minister President of Bavaria Dr. Markus Söder underlined the importance of Isar Aerospace for Germany's space ambitions. Isar Aerospace and the Bavarian state government are pursuing the common goal of securing and expanding access to space through sovereign launch capabilities for Germany, NATO, and its allies. Isar Aerospace welcomes R-Space to its launch manifest! As part of the European Space Agency - ESA Marketplace initiative, Isar Aerospace and R-Space signed a launch service agreement covering the launch of two satellites aboard Isar Aerospace’s launch vehicle ‘Spectrum’ from Andøya Spaceport in 2026, with further missions in the pipeline. We secured two new launch agreements with the European Space Agency - ESA and the European Commission. Our launch vehicle ‘Spectrum’ is set to power Europe’s institutional missions going forward. This is the first time that European institutions sign a launch agreement with a privately funded European launch service provider – a key step in strengthening Europe’s sovereign space access. Germany and Norway reinforced the critical role of space in their national defense capabilities with a joint declaration by Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre. This cooperation is a strong signal for NATO and Europe and underlines our efforts to provide sovereign launch capabilities for both countries, strengthening their security and autonomy.
