A few months ago, we moved into our new home at Berlin Decks, and since then, we've been creating fun ways for our MBitioneers to explore and enjoy the space. 🥐 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 Kitchens on each floor turned into breakfast stations, each offering something different: croissants in one, cheese and spreads in another, juices somewhere else. So if someone aimed for a complete breakfast, they had to go on a little morning walk through the building. 🔍 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭 Our employees joined forces to follow clues to several checkpoints throughout the building (and even a short walk outside). Along the way, they tackled challenges like answering questions about MBition or crafting paper planes that could fly the farthest. 🧑🧑🧒🧒 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 We also hosted three guided tours for family members, giving exclusive insights into the building. Highlights included the first floor, game demos on a test bench, and a presentation on how we develop high-quality infotainment software for cars. These activities were not just about getting to know our new office – they encouraged new connections, teamwork, and shared experiences across MBition. Together with our colleagues from Mercedes-Benz AG, we once again took part in 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧'𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐲 to stand united for equality, visibility, and against all forms of discrimination. 🏳️🌈 Hundreds of thousands of people joined the 80+ trucks, marching from Leipziger Straße past the Bundesrat and the Siegessäule all the way to the Brandenburg Gate, raising their voices loudly and proudly... ...𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐒𝐃 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞. It's one of the largest and most important demonstrations for the LGBTQIA+ community. It is a protest, a remembrance, and a powerful call for equal rights. This year's motto, "𝐍𝐢𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥!" ("Never silent again!"), reminds us how essential it is to continue the fight for safety, recognition, and true equality around the world. At MBition, we stand for openness, trust, and individual freedom.
