❓How can we preserve existing structures instead of demolishing them while conserving resources? With the CARBOrefit® process, we provide a solution to this problem and a genuine alternative to traditional concrete refurbishment. CARBOrefit® is an innovative solution that permanently strengthens existing structures without replacing them. As the only certified supplier, Teijin Carbon provides high-performance carbon fibers that permanently reinforce structures, including bridges, tunnels, and buildings. There is no demolition or additional environmental impact. Here's how it works:  First, the concrete surface is mechanically prepared. Then, millimeter-thin layers of carbon concrete are applied. This layered structure of fine concrete and carbon reinforcement ensures maximum structural effectiveness with a minimum layer thickness. A final top coat provides protection and visually harmonious integration into the existing structure. The result:  🔹 Resource-saving and low-emission  🔹 Durable and low-maintenance  🔹 Ideal for bridges, tunnels and buildings 👉 Teijin Carbon strengthens what should remain. We offer sustainable solutions made in Germany for sustainable construction in existing buildings. #CARBOrefit #CarbonFiber #CivilEngineering #Sustainability #MadeInGermany

Happy retirement, Mike Kinsella! 🎉 After nearly 30 years at Teijin Carbon – 23 of which were spent in the U.S. – we bid farewell to Mike as he enters his well-deserved retirement. He most recently served as Vice President of Marketing Americas and played a key role in Teijin Carbon's development in the Americas. Throughout his long career, Mike has held many different positions, but he values the people he has met most of all. It is precisely these encounters that will remain in our memories. Fun fact: His longest business trip took him all the way to Australia – just one of many exciting stops in his impressive career. 🌏 Mike, we thank you sincerely for your dedication, leadership, and valuable contributions over the decades. We wish you good health, happiness, and many new adventures in this new chapter of your life. 🌟 #TeijinCarbon #Retirement #ThankYou #Milestone
