Founded by Sebastian Hinz and Pierre Munzel, TYMBA develops a sustainable material solution based on domestic, fast-growing woods. Thanks to a special process, their materials achieve outstanding mechanical properties, harder than plastics and more resilient than some metals. Durch ein spezielles Verfahren erhalten diese herausragende mechanische Eigenschaften - sie sind härter als Kunststoffe und belastbarer als manche Metalle. Dieses Team hat die Investoren so begeistert, dass es die Auszeichnung „Überzeugendstes Startup“ und 2.500 Euro von der Stadtwerke Halle GmbH mit nach Hause genommen hat! 𝗧𝗞-𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗶𝘀 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗲𝗶𝘁: Der „TK-Sonderpreis Gesundheit“ in Höhe von 1.000 Euro, gestiftet von der TK-Landesvertretung Sachsen-Anhalt, ging an das Forschungsprojekt aphaDIGITAL der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg. Das Team um Dr. Judith Pietschmann entwickelt eine Avatar-gestützte App zur Unterstützung der Aphasietherapie. Die Sprachstörung tritt häufig nach Schlaganfällen auf. aphaDIGITAL fördert die kommunikative Teilhabe der Betroffenen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zur Auszeichnung!!!
