Yesterday, we had the great honor of welcoming our investors to our headquarters in Hamburg on the occasion of our Annual General Meeting. 📈 During the event, all proposed resolutions were approved by a large majority. Following the Annual General Meeting 2025, our Supervisory Board elected Carola Gräfin von Schmettow as its new Chairwoman. She succeeds Peter Steiner, who has decided to step down as a member and Chairman of our Supervisory Board after twelve years of service. We would like to sincerely thank Peter Steiner for his many years of dedicated and responsible work as a member and Chairman of our Supervisory Board. At the same time, we congratulate Carola Gräfin von Schmettow on her new role and look forward to this new chapter together. 🚀

Last week it was finally time again - all ZEALIEs came together. Our Spring Event 2025 took place in Hamburg's Opernloft im Alten Fährterminal Altona. As always, there was plenty of time for socializing in addition to lots of exciting business insights. The successful event was topped off by a small but impressive flash mob of opera singers. We are already looking forward to our Summer Event in September! 😍 🎉

These are our Q1 highlights at a glance: 🧾 Group Revenue up 42% to €51.1 million 📈 EBITDA almost doubled to €17.7 million 📊 Gross Margin from lotteries strongly increased to 17.1% 🙋 New Customer Growth up 13% to 1,507 thousand The positive development of our key figures shows that our investment in marketing and new customer acquisition is paying off – and we’re excited about the path ahead. As of tomorrow, Andrea Behrendt officially takes on her new role as Chief Financial Officer at ZEAL. Triple record in financial year 2024! 💪 We closed the financial year 2024 with outstanding results, setting new records across three important KPIs. For the first time, we acquired over one million new registered customers in a single year (1,259,000). Revenue surged by 62% to €188.2 million, while EBITDA nearly doubled to €61.9 million (+88 %). With our Traumhausverlosung, we successfully launched another ZEAL charity lottery, once again living up to our reputation as a lottery pioneer. The demand for our dream houses exceeded all expectations. Not only did we find a lucky winner – we also raised €1.8 million for charity.
