She spoke about a topic close to her heart: leadership onboarding.  🚨 This video gets me every time. A while back, Deutsche Telekom put out a campaign that hit hard. It showed how dangerous it can be to share too much of our personal lives online, especially photos. The campaign featured a girl named Ella, created with AI, who came from the future to warn her parents about what could happen because of the pictures they posted of her. Watching it play out really made you think twice about what we put out there for the world to see. It wasn’t just about scary scenarios. It was about teaching us the value of protecting our privacy, being smart with our data, and thinking carefully before we overshare. It’s a reminder that in a world where every click leaves a trace, the smallest choice today could shape the story of tomorrow. -------- Source: Deutsche Telekom

Technology only adds value when people know how to use it. That sounds like a simple message, but I think it's essential to understand: #GenAI for example offers many possibilities and has truly disruptive potential in many areas. But to create real value, you have to define your business and use cases – and think like an entrepreneur. And you need to get everyone in your company or organization on board! Because possibilities for AI are everywhere, both a broad and deep knowledge of the technology is important. Some steps that I think need to happen for this: 🌐 Deepen the knowledge your organization has about the technology, offer educational programs. 🌐 Spark curiosity and think in possibilities! 🌐 Create a culture that is open for technology, change and transformation. 🌐 Bring people together to discuss, plan, try things. 🌐 Always think customer-first! In the Otto Group, we have always leveraged new technologies and approached it with a customer-centric mindset. OTTO is now pushing ahead further: a recently launched GenAI ambassadors program trains over 110 employees to become #AI multipliers. Ultimately, the aim is to inspire and enable all employees to use generative artificial intelligence. Really excited about this program and looking forward to where it will lead us!
