DBAG has invested funds from its very own balance sheet to acquire a significant minority share in Stuttgart-based FinMatch AG. FinMatch’s digital platform connects mid-sized companies with more than 1,000 funding partners and has facilitated financing projects with a total volume in the double-digit billion range. Why this matters: 👉 Annual new debt financing amounts to over 100 billion euros in FinMatch’s core market alone 👉 FinMatch brings transparency, speed and choice to this market 👉 The investment is financed entirely from DBAG’s own balance sheet, this in turn means a more flexible strategic focus and support for DBAG’s portfolio companies as well as their growth plans We look forward to working with the team on the next stage of FinMatch’s growth. Our Crypto Infrastructure for DekaBank and Sparkassen It is an important step to bring crypto to the masses: Boerse Stuttgart Digital partners with DekaBank to develop a crypto offering for retail customers of the German savings banks, the “Sparkassen”. In this collaboration, Boerse Stuttgart Digital provides reliable liquidity for cryptocurrencies through its institutional brokerage solution. Boerse Stuttgart Digital has been DekaBank’s infrastructure partner for cryptocurrency trading with institutional clients since 2024. Expanding this partnership, the new retail offering for the savings banks is scheduled to be launched next year. Once again, we support a leading financial institution in providing their customers with simple and secure access to cryptocurrencies. That is what our Group’s crypto business stands for – in Germany and across Europe. We are very proud of this partnership, as it marks yet another milestone for broad crypto adoption.

Marktlink Capital hits €520m raise for private equity and AI-focused venture funds. The raise includes €440m for a private equity vehicle targeting 11 funds such as Hg, Adams Street Partners, Egeria, and Mill Point Capital, and €80m for a venture capital fund backing leading VC managers focused on high-growth technology and AI-driven businesses. The firm’s fifth private equity fund-of-funds closed above its €300m target in just six months, while its third venture fund reached its €80m hard cap. Among early VC successes is Swedish company Lovable, which scaled to €100m in revenue in under a year. “Geopolitical tensions, trade tariffs, and the reduced appeal of real estate as an asset class are driving investors towards more diversified strategies,” said Managing Partner Hylke Hertoghs.
