Last week, our Australia & New Zealand team came together in #Sydney to celebrate 3Shape’s 25th anniversary — with strategy sessions, team building, and some hands-on time with TRIOS 6 and DxPlus. But what stood out wasn’t the agenda — it was the story of how far 3Shape Australia has come. “It was inspiring to hear so many personal stories from the team,” says Simon Lund Jørgensen, Country Manager. “What stood out to me were the shared experiences this team carries.” One highlight? Hearing from Markus Bruun — 3Shape employee #26 — who started in Copenhagen in 2004 and helped shape our early journey. Alongside him, the team shared reflections on the evolution of #TRIOS, their personal journeys, and the growth & transformation of the company over the years. “What’s been there from the start is still true today,” says Simon. “Fast-paced innovation, great products, a strong team spirit — and always, a bit of fun.” Next year, the ANZ team celebrates another milestone: 10 years since 3Shape opened the Australian office. “We’re proud of where we’ve been — and even more excited about where we’re going.” Simon concludes. #3Shape #people #stories

Exploring the Future of Oral Health at Folkemødet 2025 🦷 At this year’s Folkemødet, 3Shape received some great exposure during an engaging panel discussion on prevention and digital innovation in dentistry. During the debate “Can the Toothbrush Be Retired in the Future?”, TV2 News commentator Noa Redington joined a live demonstration with classic plaque-disclosing tablets, an excellent springboard to highlight how 3Shape diagnostic software, such as TRIOS Dx Plus and mobile app DentalHealth, enable people to gain oral health insights directly from their phones, no tablets required. We were proud to see our Clinical Research Manager, Camilla Juhl Pørksen, contribute her expertise on stage from her role at 3Shape and through her academic research into a tooth tablet (CariGuard) designed to help prevent cavities. The discussion also explored the future, from digital scanning booths to data-driven prevention. Noa Redington called 3Shape “one of Denmark’s biggest business success stories,” which is a proud moment for us, and a reminder of the impact Danish innovation has on global health. Sometimes it’s difficult to see what corporate values really stand for. To some, they’re buzzwords from a company handbook.  To others, they’re guiding principles for how to lead a team.  Or a checklist to pass a certification.
