This week our CEO, Carsten Fensholt visited our office in #Prague. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues, and share Aeven’s vision and priorities for the rest of 2025 and 2026. Carsten emphasized the importance of coming together as one team, the power of constant innovation, and staying close and engaged to our customers as we continue to grow. His visit also allowed our Prague team to share their perspectives. Looking ahead, we are focused on building strong customer relationships and attracting new talent, strengthening our collaboration across all Aeven offices, and continue doing what we do best: delivering stable and critical IT infrastructures that keep Denmark's digital heart beating. #Aeven #AdaptiveDigitalInfrastructure

Last week, we looked inward to move forward by conducting a full sustainability impact assessment of our operations in and around our #Prague office in the Czech Republic. We now have a full overview of our risks of adversely impacting our surroundings in environmental, social (Human Rights), as well as economic and governance areas. All in all, we identified no additional risk of severe impact - Impacts are managed responsibly, but that will not hold us back from continuous improvement. What we have learned 💡 Our new Prague office was designed with the environmental impacts in mind, and we expect to see a decrease in energy consumption. 💡 Procurement is getting a boost with more local insight and better processes. 💡 With 43 nationalities under one roof, inclusion is a daily focus. Our Czech colleagues lead by example, making sure English remains our shared language so no one feels left out. A huge shoutout to all colleagues who participated in the seven sessions it took to dive into every corner of our Czech activities! We’ve climbed 246 places on Børsen’s Top 1000 — the national ranking of Denmark’s largest and fastest-growing companies — making us one of this year’s biggest risers. It’s a milestone shared by everyone, from our Danish data centers to our offices in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and the Philippines. In his interview with Børsen, CEO Carsten Fensholt points out how today’s geopolitical uncertainty brings both opportunities and new responsibilities. “Our data centers are built to be modular and flexible, so we can replace or adapt equipment if needed — and always keep control of our hardware and security,” he explains. As demand for secure, local IT infrastructure continues to rise, we remain focused on what defines us: delivering secure, stable operations for the organizations that keep Denmark’s digital heart beating. Last week, our experts below attended Cisco Connect 2025 in Copenhagen. In a day filled with conversations and questions, one thing stood out: Critical infrastructure does not run on technology alone. It runs on the people who know how to make it work in the real world, and that’s the team you’ll meet in Aeven. We want to thank Cisco for organizing a day full of insights and everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and challenged our thinking. The conversation doesn't end at Cisco Connect. Let's talk critical infrastructure 👉https://lnkd.in/e8sbdVRt

We might have missed IT Pro Day, but the truth is, every day belongs to the people who keep Denmark’s digital heart beating. IT Pro Day is a reminder of the skilled and dedicated professionals who manage and maintain the systems we all rely on. That’s why we’re extending the spirit of the day and inviting you to say (virtually) hi to some of the colleagues behind the screens in Aeven on Fridays in the coming weeks.

Carsten steps up from the role as COO in Aeven and is well positioned to lead Aeven into its next phase of growth. ”I’m very excited to take on the responsibility as CEO and together with the Aeven team take the company to the next level.
