Optimize Manage is our solution for managing deferred transactions; It is a workflow management system that treats each deferred transaction as a task in a queue and provides the ability to easily filter, assign and action (accept and reject) tasks all in real-time. Optimize Manage is available via our Merchant Portal.

Investigate is our advanced fraud investigation tool for analysing and visualising transaction trends and patterns. It features our intelligent Link Analysis feature that allows you to interactively explore transactions that share common data points. Optimize Investigate is available via our Merchant Portal.
