Articulate the vision
Open source nonprofits are built around a project. The nonprofit is meant to serve it, and that project is meant to serve people. I help nonprofits focus on who they serve and how.
Strategy, roadmap & budget
A nonprofit is not a for-loss. I create budgets, internal and public roadmaps, and key metrics to follow projects' success. I communicate those to stakeholders to inform them and change course as necessary.
Onboard partners
It's dangerous to go alone! To fulfil its mission, a nonprofit needs collaboration and alliances. I forge ties with organisations whose missions are adjacent to ours.
Steer, hire, deliver
I hire and contract with talented individuals and organisations to work on nonprofit projects. I follow progress against the indicators of the roadmap to measure impact.
Make it known
Donors and the broader public must know what is happening in a language they understand. I turn technical milestones into recognizable achievements that everyone can rally behind.
