🌿 Más de 60 profesionales visitan nuestra obra de bioconstrucción en madera industrializada en Distrito Zeta (Málaga) El pasado jueves 16 de octubre, organizamos junto a la Diputación de Málaga y el Club Madera de la Fundación Cesefor una jornada técnica en The Zity, nuestro proyecto de 73 viviendas construidas con estructura de madera CLT, que alcanzará la certificación #Verde del Green Building Council España (GBCE). 👉 Durante la visita, técnicos de 011h explicaron cómo la industrialización, la digitalización y la colaboración entre agentes están permitiendo hacer realidad un modelo de vivienda más eficiente, sostenible y accesible. La actividad se enmarca en el programa Málaga Bio, impulsado por la Diputación para consolidar a la provincia como referente del sur de España en bioconstrucción, atrayendo inversión, talento e innovación, y generando empleo verde. It’s about designing smarter, industrialising for efficiency, and creating adaptable buildings — from compact apartments to flex-living, student, or senior housing. 🌿 From Carbon to Circular — Anna Delgove Alday, Head of Sustainability Costs shouldn’t cascade down the value chain. It’s not fair for developers, builders, or architects to individually bear the cost of sustainable choices. Once a year, we lift our heads. To look beyond the quarter. To make sure we know where we’re going — and who we’re becoming on the way. Last week we celebrated our annual management meeting: ROOTS 2025. Two days with our 15 executives and managers to strengthen our clarity, culture, and rhythm as one team. This year’s theme: Sustainable Scalability 🌱 Because 011h is growing fast — from 130 homes started in 2024, to 450 in 2025, and more than 800 in 2026. And scalability only works when you build as a product — both in construction and in digital. Our discussions were guided by three simple but powerful questions that every great team should be able to answer: 🔹 Why are we here? → Purpose 🔹 How are we doing? → Progress 🔹 Where are we going? → Direction On that third one, we reviewed and updated our 📅 OCAP (One Company Annual Plan) — aligning every project and digital team around the company’s 🕹️ KEY LEVERS and shared 🧭 PERFORMANCE INDICATORS. We also agreed on the 🎰 Q4 BETS for each key lever, ensuring focus (and the trade-offs), and a shared definition of success. And of course, we closed with the most important question of all: ❤️ Why is it worth it? 🚀 Design meets Build — in real time We’ve just launched the new Live Budgeting Tool, now available within the 011h Platform. It enables project teams to create and update their contracting budget live from the Revit model, closing one of the biggest remaining gaps between design and build. 💡 What’s new: • 🔗 Real-time link between the Revit model and the 011h Platform. • 🧱 Native model elements are automatically informed from our platform’s Work Items & Components Library. • 📊 The platform reads quantities directly from the model, organized by item and chapter. • ✍️ Non-modelled elements can be added manually, as in any budgeting tool. • 💰 Full project cost control — the total building cost updates live as the model evolves. 🚀 011h enters Madrid and the affordable housing segment with Grupo SALAS We are proud to announce our first collaboration with SALAS, one of the leading developers of affordable housing in Spain, through two landmark projects in the Plan Suma Vivienda of the Comunidad de Madrid: Berrocales: 2 buildings of 30 homes each Ahijones: 1 building of 135 homes This collaboration marks several important milestones for 011h: 1️⃣ Our first project with Salas, a key player in affordable housing. 2️⃣ Our first project in Madrid, the largest market for new housing development in Spain. 3️⃣ Our first implementation of a fully industrialized mixed system, combining: - precast concrete (underground levels, ground floor, and access cores) - CLT slabs and selected internal walls - Timber columns and beams - Light steel-frame façades - Plus balconies, bathpods, service ducts and other prefabricated elements. These projects will contribute to the €100M of new works that 011h will be launching in 2026, reinforcing our growth trajectory.
