This morning, we announce Fiscal 2025 results in line with our revised guidance with an organic revenue growth of +3.3% (or +3.7% underlying) and an underlying operating profit margin at 4.7%, up +10bps at constant currencies. Fiscal 2026 guidance: ➡️ Organic revenue growth between +1.5% and +2.5%, ➡️ Underlying operating profit margin to be slightly lower than Fiscal 2025. Today, we announce a new Group Chief Executive Officer and adopt disassociated governance, marking a new phase of Sodexo’s development. As part of the evolution of the governance structure, and following a thorough selection process, Thierry Delaporte will join Sodexo as CEO, effective November 10, 2025. Sophie Bellon will act as non-executive Chairwoman for the duration of her mandate, supporting Thierry to ensure a smooth transition. Consistent with governance best practices, the Board of Directors will maintain the lead director position. Gilles Pélisson, Chair of the Nominating Committee, will succeed Luc Messier as Lead Independent Director.
