Our team learned techniques, secrets, and creative approaches to take rice dishes to the next level. On Friday, the experience continued with The Sunrice at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza. 👩🍳✨ The Sea Bass Xperience On September 11th, at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza, we hosted an unforgettable showcooking event together with the Cocinar a Ciegas association, where chefs with visual impairments proved that true magic lies in the senses. With Aquanaria’s sea bass as the star ingredient and the talent of guest chef luis Bandera heredia, a unique menu of five starters, a main course, and dessert came to life. A gastronomic experience with purpose: from each menu (€50), €10 was donated to #ASPANADIF, supporting children and teenagers with disabilities in Ibiza and Formentera.
