Legends/ASM Global Europe expands strategic partnership with FC Porto in landmark agreement FC Porto has struck a new five-year agreement with Legends/ASM Global. This marks a significant expansion of the relationship between the two, with the company now appointed as the club’s official catering service provider at Estádio do Dragão; the first stadium-level contract of its kind in Portugal. The new deal will see Legends/ASM Global oversee all F&B operations at the club, including both general admission and premium hospitality areas. Here, the team will introduce a refreshed culinary experience built on innovation, excellence and local authenticity, with the highest standards of quality at the heart of the service for FC Porto fans and guests. The partnership includes both matchday and non-matchday events, as well as the training and development of on-site teams. Personal Brand After more than 20 years working in sports marketing, I’ve probably learned that the most important brand we manage is not the team’s — it’s our own. Because a strong personal brand isn’t built with a logo or a slogan. It’s built with consistency, credibility, and purpose. 🔹 1. Know who you are and why you do what you do. In sports —as in life— passion moves mountains, but purpose gives them direction. Understanding what drives you and what makes you different is where it all begins. 🔹 2. Be authentic. You don’t need to look perfect. You need to be real. Share your lessons, your mistakes, your values. People don’t connect with titles — they connect with stories. 🔹 3. Add value through experience. Speak about what you know, what you’ve lived, and what inspires you every day. Credibility is earned by sharing knowledge, not by chasing attention. 🔹 4. Stay consistent. A personal brand isn’t built through one viral post, but through years of coherence. Everything you do —the way you communicate, lead, and treat others— builds your brand. 🔹 5. Leave a mark. Your personal brand isn’t what you say about yourself, it’s what others say when you’re not in the room. In sports, we learn that reputation is earned by competing — but it’s cemented by behaving.
