Stellantis Weighs Sale of Car-Sharing Unit Free2move Stellantis is exploring a sale of its car-sharing arm Free2move as CEO Antonio Filosa pushes to streamline operations, according to people familiar with the talks. Discussions with potential buyers are in early stages, and no deal is certain. The review is part of a broader restructuring ahead of a new business plan due early next year. Filosa, who became CEO in May, aims to exit unprofitable ventures and double down on core brands and U.S. growth, where Stellantis recently reported sales gains. Free2move, created in 2016 by PSA Group and expanded under former CEO Carlos Tavares, operates in several European cities and Washington, D.C. Once touted as a global growth engine, the unit has struggled to meet ambitious targets.
