  Qué es Lanser?What is Lanser? Un equipo multi-nacional, socialmente conciente que provee mejores resultados en servicios de idiomas a través de metodos innovadores.  Lanser es un proveedor de servicios de idiomas que se enfoca en: • Enseñar Inglés y Castellano • Conducir eventos sociales • Enseñar a comunidades rurales como brazo social de la empresa A socially conscious, multi-national team that provides better results in language services through innovative methods.  Lanser is a language service provider that focuses on:  Teaching English and Spanish  Conducting Social Events  Community Teaching in Rural Areas with our Social Outreach Program.

CEDS is an institution committed to development, the strengthening of democracy with a focuson Christian principals such as equality and freedom.  This is achieved by:  They will develop projects and prgrams so their demands will be integrated by the state.  Their initiatives have a focus on humanity and the environment.  As they develop, they work to improving each community they come in contact with.

  Objetivos del curso CourseObjectives  Guías y Vendedores:  Aprender vocabulario hablado y tiempos gramaticales de acuerdo con rendimiento en el trabajo.  Poder entender varios acentos del Inglés hablado.  Entender otros aspectos culturales de los turistas.  Tour Guides and Vendors:  To learn spoken vocabulary and grammatical tenses in accordance to the job performance.  To be able to understand various spoken English accents.  To understand other cultural aspects of tourists.

  Los profesores extranjeros ForeignTeachers Profesores extranjeros utilizarán Inglés para compartir su cultura y aprender más de los estudiantes acerca de la cultura local. Será un ambiente colaborativo de aprendizaje tanto para los maestros para que aprendan más sobre Perú y Omia, como para los niños para que tengan un mayor conocimiento de otras culturas. Foreign teachers will use English to share their culture and learn more from the students about the local culture. It will be a collaborative learning environment for both the teachers to learn more about Peru, and Omia; and for the children to have a greater awareness of other cultures.

  Los métodos deenseñanza Teaching Methods Las clases serán un ambiente de pensamiento libre, observacional y de aprendizaje colaborativo que anime a los adultos a aprender por su cuenta en contraste a ser enseñados. The classes will be a free-thinking, observational, and collaborativelearning environment that encourages adults to learn on their own versus be taught.

  Grupos pequeños Small GroupLessons Habrán clases en pequeños grupos y actividades que permitan a los adultos y maestros una mejor oportunidad de crecer y aprender. There will be small group lessons and activities that willallow the adults and teacher a better opportunity to grow and learn.

  Apoyo de lacomunidad Community Support  Agua caliente para una ducha.  Comida para toda la estancia de voluntariado.  Hospedaje para toda la estancia de voluntariado.  Transporte ida y vuelta desde Chachapoyas a la comunidad de Kuelap.  Intercambio actividades cada semana para el voluntario.  Hot water for showers.  Food for the entire volunteer stay.  Housing for the entire volunteer stay.  Transportation to and from Chachapoyas to Kuelap Community.  Cultural exchange activities each week for the volunteer.
