All ECMA employees gathered to sing the national anthem and discussed on the deeper meaning of the day. የሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች ምዝገባ ግዴታ ********************************* ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች (አክሲዮኖች) በሙሉ በኢትዮጵያ የካፒታል ገበያ ባለስልጣን መመዝገብ እንዳለባቸው በካፒታል ገበያ አዋጅ እና የሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋይ ለህዝብ የማቅረብ እና ግብይት መመሪያ ተደንግጓል። የምዝገባ ህጉ ተፈጻሚነት የሚኖረው፤ 1ኛ ከዚህ ቀደም አክሲዮኖቻቸሁን ለህዝብ የሸጣችሁ፣ 2ኛ መመሪያው ከመውጣቱ በፊት የአክሲዮን ሽያጭ ጀምራችሁ ሽያጩ አሁንም በሂደት ላይ የሆነ ወይም፣ 3ኛ አዲስ ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች የሚያወጡ የአክሲዮን ማህበራት ላይ ሲሆን፣ ስለሆነም በመመሪያውን የሽግግር አንቀጽ መሰረት አክሲዮኖች ከዚህ ቀደም ለህዝብ ሸጣችሁ ሽያጫችሁን ያጠናቀቃችሁ እና መመሪያው ከመውጣቱ በፊት ሽያጭ ጀምራችሁ እስካሁን ሽያጭ በማካሄድ ላይ ያላችሁ የአክሲዮን ማህበራት እነዚህን አክስዮኖች ለማስመዝገብ በመመሪያው የተቀመጠው የአንድ አመት የሽግግር ድንጋጌ የጊዜ ገደብ ህዳር 16 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም የሚጠናቀቅ ስለሆነ ይህ የግዜ ገደብ ከመጠናቀቁ በፊት መመሪያው የሚጠይቀውን መስፈርት በሟሟላት አክሲዮኖቻችሁን በባለ ሥልጣኑ እንድታስመዘግቡ በጥብቅ እያሳሰብን በተቀመጠው የጊዜ ገደብ ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮቻችሁን ያላስመዘገባችሁ የአክሲዮን ማህበራት ላይ ባለስልጣኑ ህጋዊ እርምጃዎችን እንደሚወስድ በጥብቅ ያሳስባል። በተጨማሪም መመሪያው ከወጣ በኋላ ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮችን ለሕዝብ ሽያጭ ለማቅረብ የምትፈልጉ የአክሲዮን ማህበራት ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮቻችሁን ለሽያጭ ከማቅረባችሁ በፊት ተገቢውን መስፈርት በሟሟላት ማስመዝገብ እንዳለባችሁ በጥብቅ እናስገነዝባለን። የምዝገባ መስፈርቶችን እና የምዝገባ ሂደቱን በተመለከተ ዝርዝር መረጃ ለማግኘት የሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋይን ለህዝብ የማቅረብ እና የግብይት መመሪያ ቁጥር 1030/2017 ይመልከቱ ወይም በ011-5-57-81-20 ይደወሉ።

ECMA in Bahir Dar **************************************************** The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) had the honor of participating in a conference organized by the Amhara Regional Supreme Court, engaging with judges from the Amhara Regional Courts in Bahir Dar City. Throughout the program, ECMA provided targeted training to enhance participants’ understanding of the capital market, its laws, and regulations. In addition to the program, ECMA delegates also visited the newly constructed Amhara Regional Supreme Court Office, fostering stronger collaboration between the judiciary and the capital market.
