🌟Meet Shaun Sau from our Operations team!🌟 Shaun is our Logistics Manager for Australia & New Zealand where he has been driving growth and building strong, dynamic teams to keep our operations running smoothly. He shares some highlights from his Amer Sports journey and why he loves being part of our team. 💡What do you like most about working at Amer Sports?  It’s the opportunity to lead and shape a team that directly impacts our business in Australia. Since 2022, I’ve grown our Warehouse and Logistics team into a 55-strong, dynamic group that consistently hits distribution targets. Building a vibrant, future-ready culture has been incredibly rewarding. I also appreciate the freedom to be entrepreneurial within a global framework. It’s both exciting and fulfilling. 💡What have been your most memorable projects so far?  A standout moment was leading the operations at our Altenmarkt distribution center in Austria in 2024—a short-term but high-impact experience that gave me a global view of our logistics network. Another highlight was establishing our second distribution center in Australia in 2023, a fast-paced project that laid the foundation for our current growth—made possible by the incredible teamwork and belief shared across the business. This week, our Munich office hosted the first edition of our renewed onboarding event! More than 20 employees joined us in 2025. They were invited to connect, share experiences, and build cross-functional relationships. The day kicked off at our newly renovated office, continued with a lunch in the city center, and wrapped up with visits to our brand stores including Arc’teryx, Salomon, and Peak Performance. “The goal is to offer time and space for new employees to build connections not just within their teams, but across all brands and functions in the Munich office,” shared Nicole Beege, Learning & Development Lead for Arc'teryx Equipment.  The event was full of valuable conversations, learnings, and plenty of new faces to grab a coffee with in the future. We are happy to welcome Jeffery Ma as President, Greater China and member of the Amer Sports Global Leadership Team, effective July 1!    Jeffery brings a wealth of business and organization leadership experience from fast-growth businesses in our industry, with deep consumer and omni-channel development expertise in China.     “I am happy and excited to join Amer Sports. With this move, I will leverage my experience in the sports and retail industry to operate a portfolio of multiple brands. Together with the team, I look forward to elevating the Amer Sports business in Greater China to next level,” says Jeffery.    Jeffery joins us from the role of CEO of Zhongqiao Sports, a leading sporting goods company in China. He has previously held executive positions at Topsports and Adidas.
