From Helsinki to Munich, Finance to IT, our interns are exploring it all! ✨ Internal moves aren’t just a change of role—they’re an opportunity to learn, grow, and shape the future. We empower our people to take ownership of their careers, explore new paths, and connect with our global community. We spoke with two interns who have taken bold steps to expand their horizons: Samuel Möller started as a Financial Planning & Analysis Summer Trainee in Helsinki and then joined our Strategy team in Munich. His motivation?  "I wanted hands-on corporate strategy experience, analyzing businesses and their strategic choices in an interesting industry. It was a chance to learn from a highly talented team, and moving to Munich felt like an exciting opportunity." Bianka Marciniak, based in our Krakow office, transitioned from Finance to a SAP BW Trainee role in IT, following her passion for technology. She’s now building strong SAP skills while gaining a holistic view of how our company operates. She shares:  "The best part of my journey so far has been the welcoming and supportive atmosphere in the team. This has made the transition much smoother and more enjoyable. ✨A day in the life of HR Business Partner based in our New York office!✨    Meet Jesse Chapman, our HRBP who takes us along for a day in New York City.    🐾 “My day kicks off around 6 AM with a walk along the West Side Highway with my pups. After that, I hop on a Citi Bike and head off to our Flatiron office. I’m usually one of the first in, so I’ll switch on the lights and make sure the snack stash is stocked. Coffee in hand, I review my to-do list and follow up on anything left from the day before.”    🌍 “Mornings often include team meetings with my European colleagues before their workday ends, plus candidate interviews and application reviews. It’s a fast-paced rhythm that keeps things exciting.”    🥗 “Lunch is either a prepped meal (working on that habit!) or something delicious from around Madison Square Park. It’s also prime time for chatting with teammates about weekend plans, happy hour ideas, and the eternal debate: who serves the best slice in NYC?”    💼 “Afternoons are packed with interviews and meetings with hiring managers. It’s all about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.”    🏋️ “After work, I hit the gym—weightlifting, running, and incline walking are my go-tos, always in Wilson Sporting Goods Co. gear and Salomon sneakers. It was a pleasure to attend ‘Moving the World Towards a Healthy and Active Future’ event by the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI) on September 24 to celebrate a historic milestone: the recognition of physical activity as a core health intervention in the forthcoming United Nations Political Declaration on NCDs. From the community court of the Masaryk Gym to the global stage, we showcased how we, as an industry, can unite together with athletes, NGOs, and policymakers, to tackle the inactivity crisis.
