Aritma, backed by Main Capital Partners, acquires Swedish Programekonomi 🚀 Aritma, a Norwegian bank-connectivity and financial automation software provider, acquires Växjö-based Programekonomi. Programekonomi brings Microsoft Business Central development capabilities and domain knowledge that enable efficient financial workflows for Business Central users. The acquisition has a strong strategic fit with Aritma and is in line with the company’s expansion strategy in the Nordic financial automation and ERP connectivity market. The acquisition of Programekonomi represents Aritma’s first add‑on since Main Capital Partners invested in Aritma in April of 2025. The combination is expected to complement and expand Aritma’s offering, further strengthening the combined Group’s position in the Nordics. Thommessen is pleased to advise NetNordic on its acquisition of Marcello! Founded in 2001, NetNordic is a systems integrator and service provider in the Nordics, focusing on business-critical solutions and services. For many years, they have provided solutions and services in networking, security, cloud, and collaboration for large and medium-sized enterprises. With the acquisition of Marcello, NetNordic is completing its twenty-second acquisition since 2015. The Thommessen team included Nicolai Julsvoll, Ravna Kristina Søvde, Ingeborg Johansen Morken, Rikke Tveit Sletten, Nikolai Rekman, and Celine Maria Sedal.
