Sharing your worldviews and aspiration, with your friends, is a direct way of showing equality and fairness. The rationale behind such a conceptual framework is that while some still maintain salient features of long established stereotypes and issues, about your zero tolerance policy roll out, the outcome of your entire course conversations, will provide a smooth transition, towards your much broader spectrum of uncertainity and understanding.

Islamic Zakaat and Diplomacy
Islamic Zakaat & Anti Islamic Sentiment and Rationale The discussion based on the Islamic civilization way and system of thoughts and values, must be reflected in the central place theory and it's reciprocal know how. Social administrative responsibities, without any appropriate infrustructural support and guidance, is contradictory to a point in time normative situation and exploitative crosscutting techniques, being accorded. While implementing strategies and concepts, that are incongruent and contradictory, to the local playfield of active participation, it musn't come as a surprise, when reinforcing such a paradigm shift, could create inequality and even crisis. Retaliation and resistance are not usually overlooked, when a non inclusive formular is being administered, by outside agencies. It is normal and a condusive feature of any significant human relations, to overeact, when faced with extreme marginalization and often critical difficult situations. Worldviews of many native populace, are reciprocally the same, with some of the fundaments of the Islamic beliefs and system of thoughts. These incorporated values include, share and care, egalitarianism, equality, welfarism, inequality, fairness, spiritual and personal enlightenment etc, etc. ☪️ Muslims must be a bridging gap instrument, for these reasons and as for those Muslims who reside in non Muslim countries, their role as agency of change, in these vast broader range of quality lifechoices and more, are indeed overwhelmingly critical. Diplomacy and other forms of reciprocal and equitable transient application of the letters of the lslamic law- the Shariah, must be gauged, demonstrated and reflected, in the local cross cultural understanding and awareness. As an illustration, the greeting terms for Muslim in Arabic is, "Asalaam aleikum" (lit. means Peace be with you). This simple basic things provide a good understanding of Islam and Muslims, as advocates for peace and happiness. It reinforces the centrality of Islamic worldviews and aspirations, when dealing directly with the cross cutting issues of social justice, support and resilience towards maintaining peace, happiness and harmony.

Islamic Zakaat
Islamic Zakaat and Local Fieldbased Participatory Synopsis Situation Apparently the Muslims in Australia, are the potential contributor of zakaat in Fiji, amongst other's. According to informants, the Saudi Arabian and other traditional Islamic countries zakaat, are provided as infrustructural support, for the local madarssas roll out. These Islamic welfare handouts and financial support, are controlled by the local Islamic authority and their agencies. Madarssas are the local Islamic monestaries, which are spread out throughout many parts of the country. Apart from preparing madarssa students, for the local priesthood and services; an equal number of formal schooling students, are also enlisted, into their current prolific roles and social responsibilities. These are mainly poor and needy students, from the local and regional countries. Notwithstanding these are the local observed factors, that are directly associated with empirical field based observation and experience. There are a series of processes and procedures; that are being randomly administered, before the zakaat is being distributed evenly and proportionaly. Zakaat as stated previously, is then provided as safety nets, to the locals, by the respective branch 🏢, of the local Islamic authority. A contrast of the neighboring countries system of practice( i.e Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand 🇳🇿), regarding the zakaat acquittal process is indeed critical. Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand 🇳🇿 being welfare states, provide employment opportunities for individuals, rather then the zakaat. Welfare concern interests and nets, are provided by the state, under the broader social security welfare protection and services. It operates under the welfare citizenry and public good interests, for the benefit of both the signifier and signified.

Muslim Zakaat ☪️ and Distribution
Muslim Poor and Needy Tax(Zakaat) Vis-a- viz Leveraging Economy During the holy month of Ramadhan, Muslims are encouraged to give "zakaat" and among other things. This is a way of showing equality, fairness and gain sharing initiative, towards humanity and sharing cultural capital incentives. As stated previously in another article, "zakaat" is an outcome for providing spaces for diversity and inclusion, towards the welfare states and it's robustness, in brining about egalitarianism, caring and cohesiveness, for the benefit of the general populace. Apparently there are rules governing the distinct distribution of the "zakaat", that are directly linked with both potential quality output and input. It varies considerably from the outset and type of distributive methods, available in traditional Islamic countries and non Islamic countries. Leveraging the tarrifs and geo-politucal boader, provides the upper hand, for many trade off opportunities, between the signifier and signified. It disadvatages many non Muslim and third 🌎 world countries, when a non inclusive formular is being administered, to eliminate the authenticity and unprecedented flow of the "zakaat", as a hegemony of Islamic worldviews and aspirations. Muslims in traditional Muslim countries, have a unique way of providing tailormade opportunities, to ensuring that the flow of cross cutting interest and issues in employment, are accessible to all citizens. Many industrial and developed countries, have adopted the Islamic way of pursuing fairness and equality, by providing access to better informed employment opportunities, rather then the contrary. This is by providing safety nets, or no social support at all, for the less fortunate, vulnerable, endangered and underprivileged. Such equality and fairness of quality living rationales, in the industrial and developed countries, are based on the understanding, that a fine haughty gentleman who spends a frivolous, dronish lifestyle in doing nothing, is provided the same pay perks and equal benefit opportunities, with someone whose job is to sweep the street. While it is important to understand the rationale behind such conceptual framework and understanding, it is equally important to know some basic historical facts, about it's conversational theory and reciprocal know how. It adds on to an even greater understanding, as to why many locals from developing third world countries, are migrating in large numbers, to industrial and developed countries, in search for opportunities, that are not usually available and transferable locally.
