While trying to activate Fences 6 I am getting following message. My internet is working.

Yes I still have the same problem.
And at the same time I can not do Off line activation also. Because off line activation is looking for *.resp" file while system is creating "Fences 6.req"
Is there something that is blocking the connection on your firewall?
With WIN 10 I had no problems, but after WIN 11 installation I can not install Fences. So may be there is a firewall preventing.
But why I cannot install as offline activation?
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. For offline activation, please read the instruction carefully. Refer here: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1340211257/Offline+%2F+Manual+activation. The .req file is something that come from the computer you trying to activate. You than need to send this .req file via another computer that can get online to the activation server. This will than give you the .resp file for you to complete your activation process.

I followed the steps to use another computer and I am getting this message.
First, I need to ask, do you actually purchased Fences 6 before? If you did and Fences 6 does appear in your Account Product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I purchased Fences® 3. For my WIN 10 computer. And I have the keys. I can send you my registered email address and keys on a secured communication.
Unfortunately, you need to purchase Fences 6 to get it listed in your account. Fences 3 activation will not work on Fences 6.

OK. Do I have a way to download Fences 3 for which I have already paid? I really do not need Fences 6.

OK. I will try that. If you can please confirm if Fences 3 will work with WIN 11?
No, Fences 3 was never design to work on Windows 11. For better compatibility with current Windows 11, I recommend moving on to Fences v6.
Bought Fences 6 (multi license) and activated on WIN 11 Laptop following offline activation steps. And seems to be working fine.
