🌏 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 ! From 16 to 19 September, our team joined the region’s leading private equity and venture capital community at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, Singapore. This year’s discussions confirmed the growing strategic relevance of Asia for our clients — especially in Singapore, which is emerging as a strong fund manufacturing hub with real potential for both US and European asset managers. 🔍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 ? • Asian Limited Partners are a major source of opportunities for European managers. • Onshore fund structures are gaining traction, but still require tailored solutions for client onboarding, AML/KYC and cash management. • CACEIS’ institutional expertise, combined with Crédit Agricole’s strong local presence, positions us as a trusted partner to deliver end-to-end servicing in the region. 🤝 We look forward to deepening our partnerships in Asia and supporting clients in achieving their cross-border growth ambitions.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗴. The ALFI : Financial Markets Consultancy Services Private Assets Conference, held on 30 September – 1 October at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, brought together industry leaders to explore how private markets are shaping the future of finance. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗱: · The increasing complexity around Continuation Funds · The growing momentum of Tokenisation · The opportunities unlocked by ELTIF 2.0 · The rapid growth of Private Debt, which has tripled year-on-year in Europe during H1 2025. As Eric Deram, CEO of Flexstone, put it: “The world is private.” A sentiment echoed by Luxembourg’s Minister of Finance, Gilles Roth, who reminded us that “Private Assets is not a niche, it is vital to Europe’s economy.” From the perspective of CACEIS, our own Johan Lindberg, Managing Director and Head of Regional Coverage, Nordics & Baltics, underlined that “Private assets are in focus as Western economies reform pension plans, the blue economy represents an exciting opportunity for private markets funds, and new Luxembourg carried interest regulation puts private market firms in the spotlight.” 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗲𝘀 : Philippe Bourgues, Country Managing Director, Alexander Hamre, PERES Product & Client Solutions, Enguerrand La Cotte, Coverage Client Manager, Johan Lindberg, Head of Regional Coverage, Nordics & Baltics, Frederic Magazzeni, Senior Client Relationship Manager, Robert Munday, Senior Project Lead Our CACEIS team was proud to contribute to these exchanges and thanks ALFI and all participants for an insightful and successful event. 🔑 𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 #AssetManagement #AssetServicing

𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗙𝗢/𝗖𝗢𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗺! 🇳🇱 Three days. 400+ senior leaders. 30+ countries. One shared mission: shaping the future of private markets. At the SuperReturn CFO/COO 2025 in Hotel Okura, conversations revolved around what truly drives operational excellence — AI innovation, regulatory shifts (AIFMD II, SFDR, ATAD III) and the next generation of data-driven efficiency. 🔹 AI took centre stage — from portfolio analysis to document automation, with one clear message: balance innovation with data security. 🔹 Data integration redefined — the move from Excel to intelligent reporting tools is no longer optional, it’s inevitable. 🔹 Cybersecurity spotlight — a $10M credential-stuffing fraud reminded us: resilience starts with robust defences. At CACEIS, we’re proud to support this transformation with secure, scalable and tech-enabled solutions that empower our clients to stay ahead. Let’s keep the conversation going — see you at the next SuperReturn event! #SuperReturnCFO #PrivateEquity #Amsterdam2025 #FinanceTech #AssetManagement #AssetServicing #CACEIS
