For nonprofit marketing it’s no longer just about storytelling or brand visibility.  It’s about navigating political headwinds, donor fatigue, and a rising demand for hyper‑local, tangible impact.   At the same time, GenAI and agentic AI are reshaping how nonprofits engage. The organizations moving fastest aren’t just adopting tools, they’re building cultures of experimentation, governance, and trust. It’s no longer about pushing purpose-driven messages.   Find out how you can enable real, human storytelling in our CMO Playbook “From complexity to clarity”. Live from Davos: Bioeconomy breakthroughs creating real value.   Yesterday at the Capgemini Pavilion at the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting in Davos, we convened leaders from industry, innovation and policy to address a critical inflection point - the bioeconomy is moving from promise to performance but scaling real value requires a fundamentally different approach.    Moderated by Dr Cassandra Padbury, the session 'Bioeconomy Breakthroughs: Innovation Creating Real Value' brought together perspectives from across the ecosystem, including Regeneron, Novonesis, Cauldron Ferm and the C4IR Saudi Arabia.    Several themes stood out:  - Value creation is already happening, but unevenly: Bio-innovation is delivering commercial and societal returns today, yet scale remains concentrated where ecosystems are coordinated.  - Technological convergence is accelerating impact: The fusion of AI, digital platforms and biomanufacturing is compressing time-to-market and redefining competitive advantage.  - Ecosystems matter more than individual breakthroughs: Collaboration across corporates, innovators, investors and policymakers is becoming the primary driver of scale.  - Regional leadership is translating ambition into execution: Targeted national strategies and investment are turning bioeconomy vision into deployable capability with global relevance.  - Execution will define the next phase: The winners will be those that move beyond pilots to industrialized, scalable models with clear value metrics. A sincere thank you to our panelists Dr Basma AlBuhairan, Matthew Everett, Michele Stansfield and Andrew Taylor and to everyone who joined us for a candid, forward-looking discussion at Davos. From Davos: A look back at our session on The Convergence Race - technology, innovation & the future economy   Yesterday at the Capgemini Pavilion, our own Kary Bheemaiah joined Bob Mumgaard (Commonwealth Fusion Systems) and Maria Basso (World Economic Forum) to explore how technology convergence is reshaping industries.    This practical discussion addressed the question leaders everywhere are asking: How do breakthrough innovations translate into scalable economic value?   Key themes from the session: - Convergence is redefining value creation across entire industry value chains: The real advantage will belong to organizations that can effectively scale these integrated technologies and capabilities. - Scaling demands systems thinking: Capital models, ecosystem partnerships, and accelerated learning curves all need to evolve in parallel with the technology itself. - Today’s creative destruction is fueled by the convergence of multiple technologies: Growth now comes from combining maturing technologies across interconnected systems, shifting the competitive challenge toward integrating these changes early and decisively. Live from Davos: Our session on The Agentic State A standout session today at the Capgemini Pavilion in Davos, where Manuel Kilian (Global Government Technology Centre), Anne Marie Engtoft Meldgaard (Ministry of Foreign Affairs Denmark) and Achim Berg (Viessmann Generations Group) joined moderator Timo Graf von Koenigsmarck (Capgemini) to unpack the real opportunities of agentic AI in government. Building on Capgemini’s work with the Global Government Technology Centre and the World Economic Forum, our panel explored how governments can move beyond traditional process automation toward outcome-driven value with agentic AI, while mitigating risks and ensuring trust. Key takeaways from the discussion: - Agentic AI is a step change for government: It moves the public sector from task automation to outcome-driven service delivery. - Value is real and within reach: Agentic AI can accelerate value creation, but strategic focus is essential to avoid fragmented, hype-driven approaches. - Start with cross-government priorities: Breaking out of departmental silos is essential to identify where agentic AI can be leveraged for the biggest gains. - Trust must be built in from the start: Transparency, human oversight and clear accountability frameworks are foundational for responsible adoption. - Technology is maturing, leadership sets the pace: Governments that prioritize governance, data interoperability, workforce upskilling and ecosystem collaboration will lead the next wave of digital government innovation. A big thank you to our speakers and to everyone who joined the conversation. Looking forward to continuing the dialogue throughout the week at #WEF26. Live from Davos: Our session on AI Agents in Action   Today at the Capgemini Pavilion at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, we brought together leaders shaping the next frontier of enterprise AI to address a challenge that is accelerating faster than expected: AI agents are moving toward enterprise-wide deployment far more quickly than organizations can adapt their governance, processes and accountability models.   Together Audrey Duet (World Economic Forum), Dr. Philippe Cordier (Capgemini Invent), and Nikita Popov (Novartis), explored what it means to build a true AI-powered enterprise, scaling business value while maintaining trust, control and clear accountability.   Several themes stood out: - AI agents are crossing a maturity threshold: Real deployments are scaling fast across research, operations and decision-making. - Governance must evolve: As autonomy grows, organizations need traceability and human accountability built in. - Adoption is moving faster than governance: Teams are embracing AI tools on their own, outpacing formal oversight. Leaders must act to avoid fragmentation and risk. - A hybrid human–AI workforce is emerging: This requires a new leadership mindset and a reskilling imperative across the enterprise, while embracing agentic technology themselves. - The value is significant, but so is the responsibility: Those who build foundations for trust, sovereignty and control will capture long-term AI advantage. A huge thank you to our panelists for an insightful conversation, and to everyone who joined us at the Capgemini Pavilion.   Discover our latest work with the World Economic Forum on AI Safe Systems and Technologies and check out the latest insights: https://bit.ly/3NkKMHp   #MakeItReal #WEF26

It’s becoming increasingly clear that the biopharma R&D productivity challenge is structural. Decades of declining productivity have pushed innovation economics to a point where it’s making the current model unsustainable at scale. That’s why we decided to take a deeper look at the role AI is playing and might be able to play in the future in reversing this trend. Today, we launched our new research on the state of R&D in pharma. We kicked things off with a fireside chat at Fierce Pharma JPM Week in San Francisco, an energizing conversation. Here are a few initial findings of the research to spark your curiosity. For the full picture - and the insights that matter most, I invite you to read the report 😊 💡 AI Has Shifted from “Innovation Bet” to Strategic Imperative 82% of biopharma executives believe AI will fundamentally transform biopharma R&D within five years. 💡 63% agree that organizations failing to scale AI will fall behind in innovation and market relevance. 💡 AI investment is being driven by competitive necessity, not experimentation or hype. AI Adoption Is Already Broad, Anchored in Drug Discovery 💡 79% of organizations are actively developing or implementing AI strategies across the R&D value chain. Drug discovery is the most mature domain: 43% have implemented AI for target identification 🔗 Read "Smart bet, only option, or both?
