#Inclusion   This week, Colas Rail proudly inaugurated its Inclusive Shared Mission Center (CIMP) a pioneering project led by the “Nouveaux Collègues” association, founded by COLAS, LVMH, and Siemens, with the support of Agefiph.   🎯 Its goal? To promote the professional integration of mental health conditions people and offer them a welcoming and supportive work environment to gain experience.   Inspired by Siemens' Être Handicap Center (CEH), the CIMP is fully in line with Colas Rail's commitment to combining its social role with collective performance and is more broadly part of the COLAS group's commitment, reinforced by its approved Agreement in favor of Employment, Integration, and Support for People with Disabilities.   This initiative is a concrete illustration of our belief that diversity of backgrounds and talents is an asset for the company and a driver of positive change.   #ColasRail #Inclusion #Disability #Diversity #NewColleagues

#PressRelease Colas Rail UK, the British subsidiary of Colas Rail, has been awarded a five-year contract worth approximately €17m by Rail for London Infrastructure (RFLI), part of Transport for London (TfL). 🚆   The contract covers the operation and maintenance of on-track plant for the Elizabeth Line, which connects East and West London – much like the RER in Paris.
