Lovys a republié ceci
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of being invited by Seyna to participate in their BOLD. interview! 🎙️ A big thank you to Stephen Leguillon for this amazing opportunity We had a great discussion about my journey from Brazil to London and France, and the key lessons I’ve learned along the way in transforming our industry. Insurance is evolving, and so are customer expectations - demanding more simplicity, personalization, and responsiveness. ⚡ How do we shift from a product to an experience at Lovys? ⚡ How do we maintain speed while staying focused? 🔑 Why is simplicity crucial, even after success? We explored these topics and more in an inspiring conversation about the future of insurance and the pragmatic, resilient approach I embrace at Lovys Read the full interview here 👇 https://lnkd.in/dfV2yEcn
Delighted to share my conversation with Joao Cardoso De Jesus Cardoso for our "BOLD." series for Seyna. Some encounters stay with you. I met João 5 years ago, and it was one of those moments. João's story is an example of resilience and adaptation. From investment banking in London, to building an insurance comparison site in Brazil, and then launching Lovys. João has a unique perspective on entrepreneurship - "I don't see my daily activity as work, but as a way of life." His infectious energy and unwavering optimism is exactly what our insurance industry needs. Three insights from our conversation: 1. Speed of execution is everything. But João teaches us it's not about rushing. It's about momentum, while staying true to your vision. 2. His take on team building is refreshing: "I'm looking for ambitious people who want to win and surpass themselves." Technical skills matter, but mindset is key. 3. The CD to Spotify analogy for insurance was brilliant - sometimes the best innovations come from making complex things simple and personal. But perhaps the most powerful moment was when João shared how he had to downsize from 150 to 30 people in Brazil in just a few weeks. His vulnerability in sharing this story, and how it shaped his approach to building Lovys, shows that our greatest learnings often come from our toughest challenges. I'm grateful for this conversation and excited to share the full interview with you (in the comment section). Seyna
