    Retail lies at the very heart of LVMH – and nurturing the next generation of talent in this field is one of our key priorities.   Recently in Dubai, we inaugurated our very first academic partnership in the Middle East, entirely dedicated to Retail Excellence.   In collaboration with SKEMA Business School, LVMH launched the inaugural cohort of the Retail Excellence and Client Relationship Management Certificate, offered exclusively through the school’s Dubai campus as part of its MSc in Global Luxury & Management program.   During their first days, students discovered the LVMH ecosystem and engaged with HR leaders from several Maisons in the region such as Louis Vuitton, Parfums Christian Dior, SEPHORA, Fendi, CELINE, Bvlgari and Loro Piana, gaining valuable insights to prepare for their future careers in retail.   This milestone reaffirms our commitment to fostering future retail leaders and highlights our continued investment in the Middle East.   #LVMH #WhereDreamsBecomeCareers #LVMHTalents #SKEMA

    Louis Vuitton unveiled the Louis Vuitton Art Deco exhibition on September 26, 2025, in Paris, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts of 1925. This immersive experience retraces the Maison's participation in this historic event that shaped the Art Deco movement and highlights the legacy of Gaston-Louis Vuitton, grandson of the founder. It showcases the history of the Maison, the technical ingenuity of its creations, the inspiration for La Beauté Louis Vuitton, and the international influence of Art Deco through archival pieces and contemporary creations. The immersion extends to Le Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton, where a Culinary Journey is proposed with a new menu of savoury options, fine pastries, signature cocktails and barista specialties.     To mark the Paris Fashion Week, CHAUMET unveiled exclusive window displays in a playful nod to circular fashion at its historical 12 Vendôme address. In partnership with FabBRICK®, the Maison has chosen to give to 312 kilograms of old Chaumet sales staff uniforms a second life, illustrating how eco-responsible commitment can be synonymous with creativity. The result is a mottled décor featuring a subtle dégradé from white to the Maison’s signature blue, which acts as a showcase for iconic pieces from the Joséphine and Bee de Chaumet collections.     Maison Hennessy is opening a new chapter in its maritime expeditions with the first transatlantic crossing of Neoliner Origin, a wind-powered cargo ship. As the first Spirits Maison among the pioneering shippers to support the French start-up Neoline since 2020, Maison Hennessy has committed to shipping 4 million bottles per year aboard this 136-meter-long sailing cargo vessel. Equipped with 3,000 m² of sails and powered by wind, it is designed to operate at a controlled commercial speed to minimize its impact on marine ecosystems, achieving an 80 to 90% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to a conventional vessel of the same size.     LVMH brought together leaders, innovators and experts for the Business of Tomorrow event, a day dedicated to harnessing the power of AI in a way that’s driven by its Maisons singularity and needs. This year marked another important milestone with the launch of AI for ALL, LVMH’s Group-wide transformation plan. AI for ALL will be progressively deployed across all LVMH Maisons, empowering every team to leverage AI tools and insights tailored to their unique needs, while fostering collaboration and excellence throughout the Group. It will be applied through clear governance, dedicated upskilling for every team, and systematic measurement of impact to ensure focused, responsible and scalable adoption across the organization. As highlighted by Stéphane Bianchi, Group Managing Director, innovation at LVMH is never an end in itself: “It’s not about using data and AI everywhere. It’s about using them at the service of a relevant and significant impact on our businesses. And this will come from the embedding of our actions in our core values.”   Gonzague de Pirey, Chief Omnichannel and Data Officer at LVMH, completed:  "To accelerate our AI transformation, LVMH is embarking on a plan to mobilize leaders, evaluate impact across all critical dimensions, and train our teams at every level.
