We’re entering the era of AI overpromises. Every week, there’s a new demo that looks breathtaking. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: most of this tech isn’t ready for enterprise reality, and we don’t know if it ever will be. MIT’s latest report is clear: 95% of generative AI pilots aren’t producing measurable impact. It’s easy to wow a crowd with a one-off prototype. It’s much harder to sustain adoption, scale integrations, and prove long-term value. For Agentic startups like us, the temptation is to shout louder to rise above the noise. But volume doesn’t build trust. Usage does. That’s why I believe the only KPI that matters is production usage. Not slides. Not press releases. Not pilots that never leave the lab. The North Star is simple: 👉 number of flows and agents in production. And on that front, the good news is clear. Adoption is growing extremely fast. Doctolib, for example, is already running 100s of workflows on our platform, saving weeks of manual effort.
