Sonepar Sverige is prioritizing mental well-being as a part of its commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where every associate can thrive. Throughout the year, associates are encouraged to engage in open conversations about work experiences, guided by four principles: speak, ask, listen, and respect. Leadership development is a key focus. Managers participate in specialized mental health training to better support their teams. By the end of 2025, 45 leaders will have completed the program, with 70 projected by 2026. To bring our Purpose to life, Sonepar’s family shareholder took a bold decision to share value creation, by expanding the annual grant of free shares to all Sonepar associates in equal number for all. For the 2nd year running, we are thrilled to announce that +28,000 of eligible associates around the world are now Sonepar shareholders. This program is not like other employee share ownership plans: 🔄 It is renewed each year: it is not a one-off operation, but a multi-year share ownership plan that will offer free shares each year to all associates with three years of seniority. ⚖️ It allocates the same number of free shares to all associates. 🤝 It does not require any financial contribution from the beneficiary associates.
