The massive $700 trillion OTC derivatives market is evolving as institutions increasingly use tokenized government bonds and treasuries (now worth $7.5 billion) as collateral for non-cleared derivative trades, creating new opportunities at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. Read the report “ERC-3643 Tokens for Derivative Collateralization: Enabling Compliant Onchain Smart Derivatives”. This isn't theory; it's the blueprint for compliant, institutional-grade smart derivatives. Featuring: Avalanche, Chainlink Labs, Polygon Labs and Zama.

Open source cryptographic tools that make protecting privacy easy with Homomorphic Encryption
À propos
We believe people should not care about privacy. Not because it doesn't matter, but because it shouldn't be an issue! From data breaches and surveillance of cloud applications, to blockchain smart contracts where everything is public, doing things privately online is becoming increasingly complicated. The only way to solve this is to make everything encrypted end-to-end, regardless of where the application is running. And the only way this can happen is if homomorphic encryption becomes mainstream. We are a remote-friendly company with headquarters in the centre of Paris.

Explaining how FHE unlocks composable onchain identity with Rand Hindi and Jeremy Allaire CEO at Circle and USDC. Offchain, we use our identities all the time, from buying products online to booking plane tickets. Doing so onchain however would leak sensitive information such as your name, address, social security number and more. With FHE however, you can have a complete Decentralized ID + Verifiable Credentials system onchain, where your identity is encrypted while being fully composable with decentralized applications. Just like you can have account abstraction, you can now have identity abstraction. This is also essential for compliance in onchain payments and tokenization, as it can be used by smart contracts to verify claims in a decentralized, private manner. Learn more about these concepts in the Zama Protocol Litepaper (linked in the comments).

Want a deep dive into Zama's Homomorphic Processing Unit, the first-ever open-source hardware accelerator for FHE? Here you go ⬇️ Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) promises computation on encrypted data without ever decrypting it, but performance has always been the bottleneck. At Zama, we're solving this at every level: math, software and dedicated FHE hardware. Zama's HPU is a specialized machine designed for FHE. It is faster and more power-efficient than a CPU or GPU for the same task. The HPU also has a lower cost per unit thanks to the affordability and energy efficiency of FPGAs compared to both CPUs and GPUs. The cool part is that the entire HPU stack is fully open-source. Here are key resources if you're interested in a deep dive. First, the code is available on GitHub here: https://lnkd.in/eJRUaNmM You can read the announcement blog post from last May: HPU on FPGA: The First Open-source Hardware Accelerator for FHE: https://lnkd.in/eSqiV2qU Check out this video tutorial by Lucas from Zama's hardware team that walks you through the architecture of Zama's HPU and demonstrates how to run FHE computations on an FPGA using the HPU: https://lnkd.in/eKVHHFRd Watch this presentation from the FHE.org 2025 Hardware Day special meetup, where Jing-Jing from Zama presented 'Homomorphic Processing Unit (HPU) on FPGA.' https://lnkd.in/dgB_eZ43 Finally, today we just released a complete deep dive into how FHE operations run on the Homomorphic Processor. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/et6PpYVX #FHE #Zama #Hardware #FPGA
