As Chief Executive Officer of the Capgemini Group, I am passionate about unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future.
I lead a team of 350,000 across more than 50 countries, and together, as a trusted partner of our clients, we enable technological innovation that supports business transformation and growth.
I believe that digital transformation should benefit all of humanity and am committed to ensuring Capgemini plays an active and responsible role within the communities where we live and work, so that nobody is left behind or excluded.
While I call France my home today, I have enjoyed having the opportunity to live and work in a number of countries during my time with Capgemini, including 15 years in the UK and the US. Along with travel, I am also an avid sports fan including rugby, football (all kinds) and Formula 1.

Empowering the Next Generation of Women in Data - Capgemini & Girls in Data Since March 2024, our partnership with Girls in Data has been on a mission: to inspire young girls to see themselves in the world of data and technology - a space where they are not just welcome, but essential. Over the past 16 months, we've proudly: 🌟 Engaged 850 pupils across 7 schools 🧠 Delivered 18 interactive sessions covering topics like AI & Ethics, Power BI, Cryptography, and Careers in Tech 💬 Received incredible feedback from students who said the sessions made them feel smart, confident, and excited about their future These sessions were delivered by a passionate team of Capgemini volunteers, trained in bringing data to life in the classroom. They work with Year 8-10 students, aiming to spark curiosity and confidence at a pivotal age, when decisions about GCSEs and future careers begin to take shape. What makes this partnership special is the shared mission: Girls in Data exists to challenge stereotypes and open doors for young women in a traditionally male-dominated field. At Capgemini, we’re deeply committed to supporting women in data and analytics, and this initiative is one way we’re turning that commitment into action. And as the brother of a brilliant software engineer (hey Karen McGovern!) and father of a fine coder (hi Ella McGovern!), I couldn't be prouder of the work being done here.
