🇫🇷 Earlier this week, France officially adopted its environmental cost labelling program for clothing (known informally as the "Eco-Score"), the culmination of many years of work and marking the start of a new era in standardized product footprint communication to consumers. The resulting final scores, expressed in total impact points, as well as mass-based points per 100 grams, can then be communicated using a uniform label, similar in concept to nutrition labels visible on many food items that enable consumers to compare like products. Though entirely voluntary, some unique features of the program are expected to drive adoption in the coming years. That’s how we approached our collaborative footwear concept, the Korvaa Shoe: a running shoe designed the way nature might. 👟 Nature doesn’t waste.  It doesn’t over-engineer.  It simply combines the right elements in the right way.
