🚨 SAP Go-Live Issue : 5000 Users Can't Log In ! 🚨 Imagine this: You’ve proactively set up 5,000 new users in S/4HANA during the cutover window. ✅ Users created with future start dates ✅ Roles assigned with proper future validity ✅ Everything ready for a smooth Day 1... But on Go-Live day, chaos unfolds — no one can log in..Roles are assigned, yet users cannot login. Root cause? 👉 A User Master Comparison was missing. 🔧 Solution: Run transaction PFUD or execute program PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY via SA38. Its basic and a simple fix but with all the chaos of golive this can be easily missed. This program ensures: ✅ Future-dated role assignments become active automatically ✅ Expired roles are removed* from the user master record ✅ Time-based role assignments are enforced as per their validity dates 💡 Pro Tip: Schedule PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY to run daily after midnight.
